Position: Advertising Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Lead advertising sales for elevator screens and digital media assets.
- Develop and manage key clients in retail, education, healthcare, and FMCG sectors.
- Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Track market trends and optimize sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with property management companies and building owners.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the installation of screens in target locations.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the brand’s expansion and visibility within the market.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Chinese speaker (male/female welcome).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE market.
- Background in DOOH, digital, social, or integrated marketing preferred.
- Strong leadership, execution, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated.
